We had all of our vents cleaned by them in April 2024. Had a great experience; the owner is super kind and Maxwell (who did our vents) was too. Great experience and would recommend. One of the rubber plugs they put in after (where they cut into the hvac venting or whatever it's called) was sagging/coming off and the owner came over right away and fixed it. They were both willing to explain things.
Our tech, Max, was thorough, clean and efficient! He worked so hard he took off his jacket. Then forgot to grab it when he finished!
Max spent a long hard day cleaning all the ducts in our house and he did a fantastic job. Max was on time, competent, personable, trustworthy, and very hard-working. I appreciate the great service.

Josiah was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was responsive and easy to schedule with, and showed up promptly on the day we had scheduled for. My home's HVAC duct & vent system had seen better days, but Josiah was very patient in explaining everything to me, and thorough in all of the work that he did (which was an amazing value for what he did).
These guys did awesome work, were very friendly and knowledgable. They took time to explain things to change, what to look for, and showed us where they found issues and before and after. All around good people too. Highly recommend!

Josiah B. was extremely patient with me on rescheduling twice. He was very prompt, responsive and professional from start to finish. Being the second homeowner here, I was surprised that the ducts hadn’t ever been cleaned after the build. Thus there was debris left in the ducts! I can already tell how fresh and clean the entire home smells with the natural sanitizing process that he used. Not only did he thoroughly clean the entire ventilation system in the home, Josiah went to the hardware store to get the proper equipment to refit the dryer for the ventilation; doing an excellent job on cleaning the entire dryer ventilation! He definitely went the extra mile! I wish I could give him and this company 10 ⭐️! This is my second time doing business with Josiah, and I am impressed all over again! He is extremely thorough in his work, and he goes above and beyond. He spotted a couple of HVAC preventative maintenance items that I didn't even think about, and recommended how to go about fixing them. Josiah even took it upon himself to remove some trim that was in the way, and put it back again in order to make sure his cleaning was thorough. This guy is very personable and genuine, and I will gladly call him up again the next time we need our HVAC cleaned again.

Great work! Josiah got our ducts squared away and even went out of his way to lend a hand with a truck that stalled out on me too. He had good suggestions for how to improve our hvac setup, too.

Josiah was great! He was very friendly and thorough in cleaning our vents, and went above and beyond to make sure our air was healthy and clean! We loved his friendly dog and were very happy with everything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs vent cleaning! He did an outstanding job! He did my parents' old farmhouse as well and my husband used to have horrible allergy problems every time we visited. Since Josiah cleaned their vents, he hasn't had any allergy flare ups or even a sniffle, which is amazing! Really shows that Wisconsin Natural Air does a great job making sure you're vents are cleaned!

Great service! We got our ducts cleaned and sanitized and the house already smells and feels way better. The amount of dust accumulated in our ducts compared to how they are after the service is amazing. Josiah was extremely efficient and friendly. We would do this again in a heartbeat. Very professional and accommodating. Awesome service and the pictures really show the detail they take to take care of cleaning your vents. They use all natural products afterwards to sanitize and you can really smell the freshness in your house afterwards. The whole process took about 5 hours. Gave him a little extra money on top of what he was asking to do the service, because I was very pleased with the service and how it all turned out. This is a great company. It's hard to find contractor that gets back to you and they texted me back right away. When he got to our house they explained the process to us. We had an old house and they had to stay longer to make sure that everything got done. They were super nice to work with. The before and after pictures are incredible. I can't believe there was that much dust and dog hair in our ducts and it's all clean now. Can't recommend enough!
We hired Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning & Mold Remediation to clean the air ducts in our home. We read a lot of reviews ahead of time and decided on this company due to their positive online reputation and competitive pricing. We are absolutely thrilled with the value and quality of the service that we received. Josiah arrived on time and was professional and easy to work with. He worked quickly but thoroughly and we never felt like he was rushing the job. He explained his process and provided before and after photos. There are a lot of scammers online pretending to offer air duct cleaning services. This is the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

These guys did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts. We’ve had this done a couple other times and no other company were nearly as meticulous and thorough. The owner, Josiah and all of the guys we spoke with during the assessment/actual cleaning were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful answering all our questions. Carl did our cleaning and he was beyond awesome, clearing out every section and corner of our whole system. We could absolutely tell the difference in quality of the work performed vs other companies we’ve utilized in the past. (*On that note, avoid the company called Dirty Ducts Cleaning - they left many areas of our ducts uncleaned and completely filthy.) I cannot rave about Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning enough! Both Josiah and Daniel were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, texting and calling to make sure we were aware they were on the way to our home. I was a bit skeptical about the liquid sanitizer, but I felt it was a good investment and I really think the air in my house just smells cleaner after the duct cleaning process. He was honest timely and super to work with. We have a busy home with 4 kids and a dog and we felt very comfortable having him around. He did great work. We once hired a duct cleaning off a discount code on Groupon and they didn’t do anything, was a horrible experience. They even up-charged us. This was the opposite experience. He was upfront honest and really stayed until our home was done. No cutting corners! We got his name from my Mom and I’d recommend to anyone.
